Renovation of the Bristol Hotel
TJCA was first commissioned to renovate the ground floor of the Bristol Hotel. The work on the ground floor consisted of redesigning the reception, the lounge and the restaurant, which the total area is of 350 m2. Then, TJCA architects also worked on the spa renovation and 55 rooms. The rooms were completely refurbished. Both interior decoration and technical, electrical, and sanitary infrastructure was reconditioned.
The challenge of this renovation was to carry out the work while the hotel remained occupied by customers.
