The challenge of this renovation was to demolish and rebuild the roof while the hotel was occupied by their customers. Thanks to this large-scale rehabilitation, 2,000 m2 of additional space have been created for the hotel guests. In addition, the elevator cabins have been renovated as well as the technical center, in order to connect the G\u00e9nie Lac energy innovation to this magnificent building, part of the Geneva harbor.
